JDE Time Entry Inbound Process

Has anyone sucessfully utalised this function i have been experiencing this error but my information is correct:

 

Subject : Error: Invalid File Name

CAUSE . . . . The file name entered does not exist in the Software Versions

Master file (F9801), does not exist in any library for your

user library list or you are not authorized to the specified

file.

RESOLUTION. . Verify the file name and reenter if necessary.
