No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or m

Hello All,

When we try the EAS console link http://hostname:19000/easconsole/console.html, we get the launch page. But, on clicking "Launch" button we get the error below.

Failure of server APACHE bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

Not sure what is the issue. I have tried the fix suggested by Oracle on the link below.

But, it did not work. Please help me.
