Duplicate IV documents in F0911

Hi,

I have noticed something strange. There are 800+ work orders i have noticed which are having duplicate IV documents in F0911.

In this particular example Batch nos are different for both the IVs but we have other examples as well where the Batch nos are also the same .

Can you advice what could be the root cause for this issue?
