Where to download 11.2.0.4 Standard Edition One

Hi,

1)

Anyone know where I can download oracle database 11.2.0.4 for windows 64bit?

Any reason why website below shows 11.2.0.2 only and 11.2.0.4 (uinstall only). I'm sorry to say but I find this hidious.

Oracle Database 11g Release 2 for Microsoft Windows (x64)

Is there a complete tree of oracle database downloads so that one does not have to google it or ask about it in forums? I tried konwledge base search and results were all over the place.


3)

Is there a way to determine if Desktiop Class installation was used instead of Server Class isntallation. I know it is not 100% garanteed but is there some flag or something one can look at?
