LCM Migration of User Provisioning

hi,

I used LCM to create a DEV instance

But I encountered this error in Security

/Security/Access Permissions/
Groups		MiscImport failed. Total - 2, Success - 0 Error details - Cannot import Access permission - Group (Misc) not found, error detail -(Invalid user name found in the file.)

Can you provide me procedure to transfer the User provisioning from one environment to another
