There are no output when running Customer Interface Master Conc Program

I have insert some data in ra_customer_interface_all and ra_customer_profiles_int_all. And then, I am running Customer Interface, but there are no output. "The output file for request 123 is empty (0 bytes)."

After that, I try to run Customer Interface Master Conc Program, this concurrent followed by other concurrent, that is Customer Interface Sub Request. There are no output from both of them.

I have try to find the record that inserted in ra_customer_interface all and ra_customer_profiles_int_all table, but these customer not found.

Is there any mistake that I do when importing customer data and running the concurrent?
