Leave Timecard is not getting updated to T from A when using P07640

We are uploading Leave time-card through P051121. When we approve timecards through P076311 then we don’t have any issue. After payroll run status automatically gets changes to T.However instead of Supervisor when timecards Administrator approves the through P07640 then status remains in Approves status only instead of T.
