Hi All

I get this error when I access to click on contract number from install base read only responsibility

I have checked the CSI_CONTRACTS_VIEW setup and restrict by OU menu setups.

They all are in place

This issue is for one specific user level only.Well we are able to access the contract from IB for other users .Please advice asap .

Navigation: Install base agent user-->Query the Instance number-->Go to contracts link--.Click on contract number
