13million rows in recyclebin, how to purge fastly

Dear,

we have 13milion rows in recycle bin want to purge quickly, currently I'm using PURGE TABLESPACE xxxxxxx USER xxxx statement and its taking time to purge

is there any fastest way to purge it ?
