Error while applying patch 19917981.B

Hi,

Got the following error while applying patch 19917981.B.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        CSFSCGUI.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

Continue as if it were successful [No] : Yes

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

cs      forms/US        CSXSRISR.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

Continue as if it were successful [No] :Yes

CSFSCGUI.pll and CSXSRISR.fmx did not generate successfully.

Both times enetered "Yes" and continue with the patch and the patch got applied successfully.

I also tried to manually compile these forms but was unable to do so.
