How to download/upload advanced tax setups for migration purpose

Hi,

We are creating TAX ZONE TYPE (Navigation: Tax Manager>Advanced Setup options) and added few TAX zones under that. Now we want to migrate all these data from one instance to another instance automatically through some kind of oracle utility like ldt files.

Is there any utility which we can use to download the same from one instance and then upload in another instance like we use ldt files for other processes? Please let us know the syntax if there is any to download/upload the tax zone types.
