Import Items completes with error - INV_IOI_ERR, INV_IOI_REV_NO_ITEM

Oracle Inventory - Version 12.1.3


When trying to import items for many Child organizations under the same Operating Unit the Import Item request completes with error.

The situation is:

We have 5 Inventory organizations (child organizations) and 1 Master Organization. We made two templates for upload where 1. All items are assigned to master organization and 2. Items are assigned to the respective child organizations.

1. After the interface upload, we submit the request 'Import Items' for the Master organizations (org_id - Master organization), request which completes successfully.

2. After the interface upload of the second template we submit again the request 'Import Items' for one of the respective Child organizations (
