Decimal precision for PO Receipt Quantity? How to set it?

Is there a way to default or set the Decimal precision for this? I have seen documents about the length of the receipt quantity, but have not found a way to get the exact size it will allow or a way to set that value from Receiving/Purchasing options? Thanks in advance.
