poodle vulnerability due to SSL on port 5000

Hi,

Due to the poodle vulnerability explained below, we need to turn off the traffic  over port 5000 (this traffic is using SSL)  on RDBMS Servers supporting Oracle 11gR2 database.

As a remedy to the poodle fix (SOX compliance) , we need to move the SSL traffic to TSL .

But looks like Oracle uses port 5000 for TFA traffic , so i am trying to understanding the impact to the DB/functionality due to poodle fix .

Can you please share your experience on this.

Thanks
