Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Error when booking return line - One of the record (Identified by record index 1 and Item ID)

Hi Team,

When booking the return line there is an error encountered "One of the record (Identified by record index 1 and Item ID:834504)

There is no change in the item in the logistics line after RO is saved. Please advise.
