Oracle UCM 11g with OWSM security policies

Can anyone share the structure of a WSDL in UCM with username/password token added in the header? We have enabled OWSM policies for WS security but even after restarting the weblogic console, we are not able to see any change in the WSDL structure. The policy is oracle/wss11_username_token_with_message_protection_service_policy .
