As to the phenomenon of index blocks divided human intervention?

      Our company one of OLTP database index block splitting phenomenon more.When a large number of parallel inserts, users will feel the phenomenon of slow or halt.Could you tell me about index blocks automatically split phenomenon, can human intervention?Or is there any other solutions?

OS:Redhat 6.4(64bit)

DB:Oracle 11.2.0.4(64bit)
