how to get printed in single sided

Hi Experts

We add two new printers,USPROD1-IHONE7693 and USSALES1-IHONE7695

USPROD1-IHONE7693:  From OS, just print a web page, it’s come out with single sided. But once we print out

from EBS(run a request and print the output—not thru the IE, just use the request print option)

It will  be Duplex (Double-sided) printing

USSALES1-IHONE7695:It will only come out with  single sided.

All the setting for two printers in EBS are the same.
