Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Reason code LOV does not show any value in credit note matching screen in ReIM v13.2.6.

Can someone please let me know what all steps need to follow to get reason code in the LOV while matching credit note and credit note request?
