Item Mim & Max stock Limit

Hello,

Can anyone  please let me know following feasibility in Min Max level.

Min Level Stock - 10

Max Level Stock - 50

Current Stock    - 15

1st Scenario if user want to issue qty = 8,

then system flow message if "Cur Stock-Issue qty=15-8=7 (this qty is less than Min Qty) , so user can issue only 15-5=10.

2nd Scenario - If PR qty is 60

then system flow message if "PR Qty+Cur Stock = 60+15=75 (this qty is more than Max qty) , so user only can raise PR for qty  35+15=50.

Is there any white paper available for above scenario explaining the set up.
