SR is not visible in 'contact center', but visible from 'Find SR' form

Hi All,

A PM SR has been generated from contract FR-S-0001086 for serial number 254000096 (instance 4803069). While searching SR for serial in 'Find Service Request' form, 3 SRs are coming for this ( One SR is latest and generated for active contract). However searching SR for same serial in 'Contact Center' form, only 2 SRs are coming (2 old SRs are in the list, but latest SR is not there).

I cannot find that SR (3400166) in 'contact center' form by searching by 'Service Request Number' field.

What could be the reason for this?

Also, contract no. FR-S-0001086 (from which this SR has been generated as PM SR) is for customer HARMONIE MUTUELLE NANTES (party number 2711873), but SR generated (3400166) is for different customer HARMONIE MUTUELLE (party number 1943888). Party relationships are already defined between these two customers.
