Why in R12.1.3 performance of for CSXSRISR is very poor in teleservice ?

In 11i the form performance was very good. In R12 it takes a long long time if you type product serial number and tab. Even if you try to create new service request it takes a long time.

There seems to be no answer. Please suggest.
