Defining session agent for an IP with many trunks?

Hello,

The scenario involves an avaya box that passes many tunks via single Internet access and it goes directly to the SBC.

The IP of the internet access is being banned continously by the SBC due to the DoS settings, since this IP recieves SIP options for about 100 SIP trunks that send them to mantain registration.

Is it recommended to configure a session agent for this IP in order to no to be banned?

Any other suggestions?
