What is the difference between Oracle Project Accounting and other project modules like Costing, Res

We are on EBS Release 12.1.3 with Core applications and Procurement and iExpense.

We would like to know the difference between the Oracle Project Accounting and the rest oracle project applications such as Costing, Resource, Contrcat, Time & Labor Project Managment, etc..?

Is the Oracle Accounting a separate application?
