Orders on credit hold even when no price
Hi,
We are using aging as part of our credit hold process. We have orders going on credit hold even if there's no price (sometimes it's a sample order and sometimes we've created an order for an item that we've just created and advance pricing has not been updated).
Why would an order with no "value" go on hold? The customer is not over the credit limit and we don't have any aged amounts. Also the customers do not have credit holds turned on in the Distribution tabs.
We are currently running 9.1.
