Data dictionary for extensible attributes

Is there a pre-written query or report which would enable me to generate a "data dictionary" view of the setup of extensible attributes in our EBS?  We are using Apps 11i, and  have quite a few extensible attributes  - e.g. 27 against person profile.  Ideally, I'd be able to report on attribute names, data types, lengths, and valid values.
