Configuring Forms Diagnostics Agent with Oracle Forms 11gR2

Hello,

I have configured the Forms Diagnostics Agent with Oracle Forms 11gR2 as per chapter 15 of the Forms Services Deployment Guide.

For some reason, metric data is NOT being collected in the tables FRM_DB and FRM_DB_LOGIN.  Why are these two tables empty?

My environment:

-Oracle Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2
-Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6
-JDK 1.7
-Red Hat Linux 5
