We use Auto Receipts Processing (F03B13Z1) and run job R03B551 to process the table records.  The batch number (ICU) on F03B13Z1 is populated by an external source (not using Next Numbers).

I follow this job with a version of the posting job (R09801) that has data selection for Batch Status 'A', Batch Type of Receipt Batches 'RB', and USER of 'JDE' which is the user that submits the R03B551 and R09801 jobs.

So, the (approved, un-posted) batches that are created (F0011) by R03B551 would be singled out by the version of R09801 we are running.
