Cycle Count Schedule

Does cycle counts generates schedule randomly.

For example suppose I have Class A with counts per year as 4.

Class B as counts per year as 2

Class C as counts per year as 1

So if i schedule this cycle count daily how I suppose system pulls in random item numbers from each class daily to count while ensuring all Class A items are counted 4 times a year, B 2 times and C 1 time.Is this true. Please advise

Also what happens when I launch perform full cycle count as compared to when I just schedule the cycle count.
