RPAS 14.1 Windows 8.1 does not work

Hello.

we are trying to install RPAS 14.1 solution. At the current moment 14.0.2 works fine on my Windows 8.1 64 bit workstation. But after upgrading to 14.1 the strange problem occurs.

MACE ( as well as any rpas binary) is not returning any result after start. Just empty string without any information. So the ConfigTools does work also.

All environment variables were configured. I have tried to change JDK to 6,7,8 with all kinds of arch. (x32 and x64) - nothing helps.

Please give me advise how to solve that )
