Custom MV Creation fails in EBS 12.2

Hello,

A customer is trying to steps from the following document in order to try to create a custom MV:

  - ORA-38818: Illegal Reference To Editioned Object When Creating Materialized View (Doc ID 1556379.1)

But they're getting the errors shown in the "Capture.jpg" attachment.

Is there any other method available to create a MV in EBS 12.2 environments.
