Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ERROR>WUC-14 [getFromObjectCache] Object Cache Error

Hi All,

The error WUC-14 occurs during transfer data to Excel using webutil for client_ole2 with forms11g.

allrows:=client_ole2.get_obj_property(allcells, 'Rows');

client_ole2.release_obj(allrows);

also i got this messages in the java console .

ERROR>WUC-14 [getFromObjectCache] Object Cache Error: Specified object handle 1233 not found in the cache

ERROR>WUC-14 [getFromObjectCache] Object Cache Error: Specified object handle 1233 not found in the cache

ERROR>WUC-12 [OleFunctions.release_obj()] Object Cache Error: Object is not the expected JacobObject type

Can anybody help me to solve this problem ?
