In Debrief as expand the Counters region the fields are disable

In Debrief as expand the Counters region the fields are disable.



An item is created as Install based item vice versa Service contract is also created for the same item ,

Counter group is also created and associated the item


Now after creating Service Request , logging to portal and select the relevant Service request ,

In Debrief as expand the Counters region the fields are disable


Kindly guide how this issue can be solved
