OEM 12c - SQL Server plug in - getting blank screen

Hi,   I'm trialing the SQL Server plug in for OEM 12c 12.1.0.4. Target discovery is working but when I load the target the home page is blank. I've followed What to configure as authentication details in SQL Server target discovery? [1500823.1] but no joy! Any ideas? The agent, OMS, server have been rebooted several times. The target has also been added/removed with no success. Otherwise is there any way of tracing the GUI to see what errors if any are being generated?   Thanks,   Chris.
