While making the Knowledge Base Active by clicking on the "Activate" Button or when clicking on "Reload All Modules" or"Reload Knowledge Base",on the Administration-Business Rule Screen, you will get the following error message :

Unable to create the Business Service 'Business Rule Service'. (SBL-DAT-00227)
