How to enable rolling forecast setup and predective planning ?

Hi experts,

I try to setup rolling forecast and predective planning, but I can't see the rolling forecast setup in data form layout design (column area) and I don't know how to install the compatible version add-on to run predective planning.

Please help me. Thanks a lot.
