Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Getting below error during local DB initialization using siebel tools .

Error loading dictionary file diccache.dat.(SBL-DAT-60237)

Error connecting to datasource SEAW Local Db default instance (sdkumar).(SBL-DCK-00164)
