Payroll Check void doesn't create the debit side of the CF

We have an issue where when we void a payroll check the debit side of the Clearing Fringe is not created. This is causing the CF to be out of balance. Is this an issue that has been addressed by an ESU or do I need to create an SR.

We are on JDE E1 9.0.
