Quick pay for a refund from AR

Hi,

When trying to make a quick pay for a refund from AR the LOV for payment method is not properly filled in. The only options that appear are the ones payment methods that are not "Bill Payable" type of methods.

Tried to uncheck the option "Use Payment Method to Issue Bills Payable" from the payment method and the LOV is correctly populated.

Why this scenario is happen? Can I make an ER for this?
