Dedicated Client Error " User ID and PAssword is Wrong" always

Hi Team,

    While opening dedicated client for the first time, i am able to login. While i am compiling an object and trying to login , its tellling user id or password is wrong all the time,

I have to delete diccahe always to start login in to dedicated client.

Please suggest.
