how Sold To information in GTM is mapped with customer in EBS?

We have GTM 6.3.2 and EBS R12.1.3. The issue that we are facing is that the customer on sales order does not matches with the Sold To in GTM. The trade transactions show correct Bill To, Ship To, Ship From but not Sold To. Is there any setup/configuration required? If yes, what is the navigation?
