Definition of COMMPATH=VTAM on HSC

I want to test of COMMPATH=VTAM.

We have two MVS systems(name is STK1 system and STK2 system).

Maybe two systems are connecting by cross-domain(CTC).

But S VTAM on STK1 system then error message issued as follows.

Please advice us.
