Pointing OTM 6.3.3 to newly created EBS instance

Hi,
Recently in a non-prod environment, the EBS system was rebuilt and given new names and connect strings. I can find many documents regarding how to install and configure the integration between OTM and EBS, but cannot find a document that explains how to modify the integration when the EBS environment has changed.

Does such a document exist?

If not, do I just redeploy the payload.jar and then rerun the ANT scripts, or is there a simpler method.
