While installing oracle forms 11g on Windows 7 32 bit getting error "Could not reserve enough space

I am trying to install oracle 11g(11.1.2.2.0) on windows 7 32 bit. I have already installed weblogic server.

During installation Forms on "Restarting Admin Server" section the process stopped and the error in the log file is given below.

Please suggest how to overcome from this situation.

error on log file:

Could not reserve enough space for object heap
