How to change the Default Outcome type in Sourcing Requisition tab Document Builder

I have two questions actually.  I need to change the default values for the Outcome field in Sourcing.  There are two places:

1. How would I change the Default Outcome in the Document Builder on the Requisition tab in Sourcing?

2. Also how would I change the Default Outcome in the Create RFQ on the Negotiations tab in Sourcing?

1. Responsibility: Sourcing Super User

Navigate: Sourcing > Sourcing Home Page > Click Requisitions Tab

On the Right hand side under the Document Builder is the Outcome field.  It is open but we want to change the default value (currently shows "Blanket Purchase Agreement" but we want to change it to "Standard Purchase Order" which is an option if I query on the outcome)
