Specific items aren't hard committing when Pick Slip R42520 is run. Where else can I look for setti

An item on a sales order has the inventory commitment (CMGL) set to 3, the commitment date method (CMDM) set to 1 (lot expiration) and there is plenty of inventory that isn't on hold or expired (available).  There aren't any inventory preferences set for this item, nor product allocations by customer.

Where else can I look?
