Oracle 11g R2 RAC + DataGuard Switchover and Failover steps

Hi Folks,

We have Oracle 11g R2 RAC + Data Guard (physical stand-by) environment.

Our environment set-up is: PRIENV is 2 node Oracle RAC environment and DRENV is 2 node Oracle RAC environment. Oracle Data Guard - physical standby has been configured between PRIENV and DRENV. PRIENV acts as Primary and DRENV acts as physical standby. We are looking for Switchover and Failover step by step document. Could you please help us sharing document regarding this?
