Mass Additions 'Process_Order'

Does anyone know when looking at the FA Mass Additions dump file, what the column 'Process_Order' is for? All assets that are assigned a value of 1 or 4 are successfully posted, however all assigned with numbers 2 or 5 are failing to post and I am unsure as to why and how to change this?
