ASAP 7.0.2 PATCH 6 - Records in tbl_wo_event_queue are not update with event_status = 303

Hi,

the SARM process is not able to start completly because there are many records in tbl_wo_event_queue with event_status = 301. In order to start the SARM a workaround is update the records in the table.

The ASAP version is ASAP Release R7_0_2_P6/B13/HP-UX/U/B.11.31/ia64/Dec 12 2013 14:05:12 

What are the possible causes and how can I fix it?
