Highlight Presentation Variable in a Report

In a Dashboard Report, I want to highlight a certain 'Search Term' that is
entered by the User via a Dashboard Filter Prompt (i.e. 'circuit breaker') and
use that Search Term to pull all rows from the Service Request record type
containing that term into the report and then have that search term (i.e.
'circuit breaker') highlighted or emboldened in the columns/rows in which it
occurs. I have successfully created the Dashboard Filter Prompt and Report and
can return all rows containing a search term into the report. But I am seeking
out a way to highlight just the search term text within the column in which it
